The Oval Steel Tubes manufactured by Shixinda's factory are divided into two forming processes: high-frequency welding and cold drawing seamless. Forming process

High-frequency welded elliptical tubes: Steel strip is rolled and welded. It has fast production speed and high cost-effectiveness, and is widely used in greenhouses and guardrails;

Cold-drawn seamless elliptical tubes: Circular tubes are extruded to form. They have high precision and no weld seams. They are used in precision equipment and mechanical structures;

Main materials: Carbon steel Q195/Q235/Q355 (most commonly used), 304/316 stainless steel, 6063 aluminum alloy;

Surface treatment: Blackened bare tubes, hot-dip galvanizing, galvanized strips, plastic coating, polished and brushed stainless steel.
