Two major mainstream production processes

1. Hot rolled seamless pipe (dominant in the market) Process: Round billet heating → piercing → continuous rolling → sizing and cooling → straightening. Applicable to: Large-diameter, thick-walled pipes (Φ25 - 630mm), with black surface, commonly used in petroleum, steel structures, and fluid transportation.
