The Plum Blossom Shaped Steel Tube of Shixinda Factory is also known as honeycomb tube. It is formed by one-piece extrusion and has a cross-section with a honeycomb-like porous structure. It is a dedicated protective pipe for underground optical cables / weak current cables, in accordance with the national standard YD/T841.5-2016. It has multiple channels in one pipe and each hole is independently separated for wiring.

4. Corrosion-resistant and anti-aging, long underground lifespan. Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, no rust or mold, HDPE buried for 50 years, PVC up to 30 years. Long-term underground use does not require frequent replacement.
5. Pre-leave hole positions, no excavation for expansion. Extra holes are reserved as backups. New broadband, surveillance, 5G lines do not need to re-dig trenches, and secondary renovation has zero earthwork costs.
6. Installation is convenient, and the sealing performance is good. The dedicated direct connection is provided, socket-type quick connection, and waterproof glue can be added for sealing. It is resistant to moisture and sand intrusion. It is also applicable in underground high water level areas.
7. High compressive strength, no worries about ground load. The pipe wall is thick and the structure is stable. Buried in sidewalks, green belts, and non-heavy-load roads, it is unlikely to be flattened or deformed, protecting the internal cables.
