Shixinda's specialized manufacturing of Hot dip Galvanized Equal Angle Steel features a cross-section in the shape of a 90° L-shaped bilaterally-oriented steel, with the two sides being perpendicular to each other. It is divided into two types: equilateral angle steel (with equal widths on both sides) and unequal angle steel (with different widths on both sides).

The hot-dip galvanized layer of Hot Dip Galvanized Equal Angle Steel has strong adhesion and uniform thickness. It is resistant to rain, salt, alkali, moisture, and outdoor exposure. It can be used indoors for over 15 years, and in coastal/outdoor environments for 8-12 years without maintenance, significantly reducing the cost of post-installation rust removal and painting.
The base material is standard hot-rolled angle steel, with meeting bending, compression, and tensile strength standards. It does not deform under load and has good welding, drilling, and cutting processing performance.
The factory comes with a silver-gray galvanized protective layer. After construction, there is no need to apply anti-rust paint, reducing a process, shortening the construction period, and lowering labor and auxiliary material costs.
It can be used in indoor damp workshops, open-air factories, coastal chemical areas, municipal facilities, photovoltaic, power, and other corrosive environments. Its application range far exceeds that of ordinary black angle steel.
There is an abundance of regular stock available, and it supports custom cutting by the meter, drilling, bending, welding processing; standard sizes have strong versatility and are widely applicable for procurement and installation, making it convenient for purchasing and installation.
Once galvanized, it will remain rust-free for life. There is no need for repeated maintenance and renovation. The total cost of long-term use is lower than that of ordinary painted angle steel.

Hot dip Galvanized Equal Angle Steel has a long-lasting anti-corrosion ability. Under normal conditions, the maintenance is simple and the operation and maintenance costs are low. By doing a good job in basic maintenance, the service life can be significantly extended, and the structure can remain intact and the appearance can be kept clean for a long time.
Clean the attached dirt, oil stains, sand, moss, etc. on the surface of the profile at regular intervals to prevent the dirt from remaining for a long time and causing the zinc layer to become dull, turn white, and peel off. Especially for the supporting components in water-facing, greenhouse, and dark and damp areas, thorough cleaning and ventilation are necessary.
Conduct 1-2 overall inspections annually, focusing on checking the cuts, weld points, edges, and friction areas to detect minor issues such as zinc loss, exposed base, rust spots, and peeling, so as to detect and repair them early to prevent the spread of local rust.
For zinc layer damage caused by construction wear, external force impact, or welding points, it is necessary to sand off the rust and apply zinc plating repair agent to restore the anti-corrosion protection layer, preventing direct contact of the substrate with air and water vapor.
The regular hot-dip galvanized type is suitable for outdoor, humid, and coastal light salt spray scenarios. It is necessary to avoid long-term direct contact with strong acids, strong alkalis, and chemical waste liquids. For severe corrosive conditions, additional strengthening anti-corrosion treatment is required.
Avoid long-term impact, friction, and scraping of the profile surface by hard objects. For angle steel components around outdoor passageways and equipment, additional anti-collision protection can be added to protect the integrity of the surface zinc layer.
For enclosed and low-lying waterlogged installation areas, drainage and ventilation treatment should be carried out to avoid the profile from being soaked in water and continuously condensing and getting damp for a long time, which can slow down the aging speed of the zinc layer.
