Our Hot Dip Galvanized I Beam is processed using the hot-dip galvanizing technique, with a zinc layer of 80–150 μm. The zinc and steel are metallurgically bonded and do not peel off. It can be used in outdoor open-air, seaside salt spray, and chemical damp environments, and has a much longer service life than black paint or spray-painted I-beams. It requires no rust removal and painting for ten years, significantly reducing the cost of post-installation labor maintenance.
The base material follows the GB/T706 national standard for hot-rolled I-beams, including Q235B ordinary model and Q355B high-strength model. The cross-section has strong bending resistance and can meet the load requirements for main beams, columns, and supports. It is suitable for factory buildings, photovoltaic systems, municipal projects, bridges, and other load-bearing structures. A complete material quality guarantee certificate is provided.
The finished galvanized surface is smooth and flat, allowing for direct drilling, cutting, welding, and bolt assembly.
